Since 12/31/19, just before Suncorp somehow stole back all of the economic value that AMA paid them $400 mil. for a few months prior, Suncorp's stock price has delivered a total return of roughly 70%, vs. 43% for the ASX 200, vs. -92% for AMA Group. Let that sink in.

I believe the destruction of the CapitalSmart acquisition, done in secret somehow in 2020, is the entire reason for this gaping disparity in performance, and the ongoing inbalance that exists between what AMA earns and what Suncorp earns on this business that they share (it's a JV right?).

People like Suncorp CEO Steve Johnston, and their consumer insurance head Lisa Harrison, are not going to stop squeezing the life out of AMA Group unless they are forced to, even though doing so is actually hurting them (Suncorp) by retarding AMA's ability to become more efficient which would help keep costs down throughout the system. If AMA does not have the guts to sue them, then I think one of AMA's large shareholders should. Does anyone have Alex Waislitz's email address? Doesn't he have experience as an activist?
