damn....whenever Regal are on the register on companies I own, I have a view that things are going to go south (especially for retail holders).

They tend to take large positions in small cap companies, and because these tend to be illiquid anyway, the large holder (regal) with its constant buying/selling seems to account for a material share of the volume and also tends to dictate the price. Also unlike Perennial that seems to have looked for other buyers by way of a block trade (hence did not collapse the market), Regal tend to just sell huge parcels at the most in-opportune time

really not happy that they are on the register with such a large holding as they tend not to be stable long term institutional holders......its just short term profits for them
