    unfortunately there is little explanation for how regal operate apart from being self serving because they are only interested in their (short term) profits

    if a company reaches out to regal, that is a sign of desperation, however, in this case, I think it was Perennial looking for an exit and this seems to be the only path to offloading a significant holding
