Not the most exciting stock to follow. However, a good update with strong sales growth and occupancy levels. I think the black cloud of retail has been cast over SCG which has led to it trading at an opportunistic level. Whatever happens with retail in the future will have little affect on Scentre in my opinion, given their diverse customers such as cinemas, food etc. They simply adapt to whoever wants to tenant their locations.
