i slightly DISagree, now that's its gone EX DIV, the stock should move up,(stocks usually drop on the day or next day after EX div) im thinking of buying up around $3.75, I doubt the corona virus will impact sales at westfield australias centres, so I doubt earnings will be affected, there are only 15 corona cases here, so unless it becomes thousands of cases and people stay home and away from shopping centres, I doubt things will turn sour, im more concerned about MYER going broke and or, interest rates going back up that will affect SCG.
