Fantastic numbers of customers, although excluding VIC so those numbers are still to be considered.
Very high occupancy rate...98.4% outstanding!
Also something to note, the rent collected graph---This is BEFORE the application of abated or deferred rent arrangements. It remains to be seen how they will impact the long term.
Still pushing for a distribution early 2021.
Extended Long term cash until 2024. maintaining 'A' grade credit.
I'm surprised. I always had a feeling things would get back to normal once everything claimed down. But seeing these rent, occupancy and customer numbers, it will be very interesting to see how the share price reacts to this. Good timing SCG, with the RBA cut and the Govt tax cuts coming into effect with each weekly pay slip, It looks like people are keen to get out and spend it!
For those those bought in, hold tight, give it 6 months and we POTENTIALLY will be back at the $3.50-3.80's. BIG CALL, but the numbers look promising.
