ASIC has extraordinary powers to recommend criminal prosecutions and seek civil penalties, as well as reverse transactions long before Administration occurs. There is an Assetless Administration Fund which is used in cases where there is evidence of criminal activity, which grants Administrators funds to continue investigations (as well as recover funds and assets). These directors may be kept busy IMO
