not all hope is lost.....
a mandatory $100K has to spent in tansmanananaia in 2024 or the mining permit stuff will be lost. seems nice that borrowed money will be used for that, and not shareholder funds, and then if the loan is not paid off the mangis assets will then go to the lenders (whose money was used to keep the mining licences valid)
seems a nice circle to that process.
