    Wang, very simple concept:

    1. Traditional hiring: corporate/recruitment advertise its hiring through newspaper/online job portals. We as candidates who look for job need to scan through the job descriptions and apply by sending our CVs through online or mail.
    2. LVH approach: they provide a cloud platform for corporate/recruitment to establish their own talent pools (think of talent pool as a private channel where corporate/recruitment can express its needs of hiring potential). We as candidates only need to connect or join the corporate/recruitment talent pools. As we join the talent pools, we create our own profiles within that pools and that way the corporate/recruitment already know our skill sets, our talents. With this way, as a candidate we already know whom we connect to. And as a corporate/recruitment they also know whom are the potential candidates. Once the corporate need new hiring they know what to call straight away. This is the same way as traditional taxi versus Uber. With traditional taxi, it's random between the the users and the drivers. While with Uber, the users will know whom are the drivers and vice versa.
