I tend not to agree with most of what you (respectfully) because i cant understand why you attack a company that is doing well.
BUT.. i agree with this comment. I would be concerned if he exercised his options now as you suggest. I would do it closer to the time.
He deserves whatever shares he gets. He has worked hard and made a huge sacrifice and he has created value for us all.
