Considering directors have been buying up shares in the last year ON-MARKET and most directors are receiving salaries IN-LIEU by share issue I think it is presumptuous to assume that this latest transaction of one director is specifically for the purpose of selling stock. However IF his intention is to sell some stock then I, for one am not concerned. We do not know his financial situation, maybe he needs to pay a few bills, maybe he has a large mortgage that he'd like to reduce, maybe there's a deposit for a new property he needs. We just don't know and you should never make unqualified judgements on director share transactions. Overall though, I am very happy with director participation and outlay of their own cash into this company. You don't see that level of participation in many companies.
