The big bidders - 10M and 7M - were just wiped in one trade. No prizes for guessing who sold. He is a "willing seller" to use broker speak between 1.3 and 1.5c.
Didn't they know that? Well they know it now!
I mean its fairly obvious. Bell Potters mates are willing to prop this up to absorb the stag selling next week and, of course, protect their own long position at 1.1c.
Makes sense but not at 1.3c - far too juicy a sell (20% profit for the stags in a few days in a falling market - easy money) they should be looking to defend at 1.2 or even 1.1c
Personally I think they overpaid. A cent would have been a much easier level to defend when a major shareholder is in the process of liquidating his entire position.
