    You can look up what the minimum expenditure requirements are on the Department of Mines database. When a company does a CR they need to list what they may/intend to use the money for. I think it just means there's no currently stated campaigns for the money right now.

    NST could buy shares if it wanted - how do you know they didn't?

    My view is that NST may have made an offer, why wouldn't they buy nearby ounces. The way NXM has approached Crusader/Templar my view is that there's utility in adding value/certainty/analysis to the current resource in terms of $$ for oz in the ground. If NST doesn't buy it, someone else might, or NXM may very well push out a boat of toll treatment or other arrangement. Shallow, easily processed ore - what's not to love.

    Pinnacles is one to watch too I reckon.
