    willing to bet CE cant afford to come back with an offer 350:1 or 5 cents a share cash.

    that's the approximate value of the tax credits ONLY! at that price it would be the same as obtaining a free company after the tax credits are used.

    any banks want to give me a $500M loan so i can get myself a free company?
