We are excited to announce another gold sale, this time for an initial value of $4.25 Million. This sum represents a 'Provisional Payment' based on provisional weight, assay, moisture and gold price values.
A 'Final Payment' will later be calculated based upon final official weight, assay, and moisture values determined by detailed sampling, as well as standard costs for treatment, refining, payability factors and the average monthly gold price for July.
This sale was achieved on extremely competitive terms and delivers excellent value for BGD shareholders.
Since our June 2021 IPO, Barton's asset monetisation initiatives have generated A$10+ million in non-dilutive cash (net of costs), covering 100% of our corporate costs, reinforcing our treasury position, and subsidising our exploration.
Oh Snap, talk about a value accretive, non dilutive proposition.
