Some mud notes:
1. Appears oversubscribed from earlier reports on the amount to be raised.
2. We now have just over $5.3M cash on hand.
3. Commencement of drilling any day now at both our gold and lithium sites.
4. New targets identified and to be drilled for lithium. Hope info on these will come out soon as they have been quiet on these.
5. Major holders appeared to participate in this raising. So hopefully that entity now sitting under 5% will have to show its hand.
6. The drilling company has chosen to receive payment in equity. That's usually a good sign.
7. Gold has hit all-time highs again.
