    Interesting that the price condition appears to be between those that choose to convert vs. Notice to underwriter.

    Punters can pay 001 on market today and convert. 1.6 cents all in cost.

    Punters don't appear to have any money.

    Quite the predicament.
    Raise price of 1.5 cents quite the price if the funding goes tbru.
