the new director looks she is quite invested with the company, and she did her research before joining. This comforts me to an extent.

my take is they will get $3.5 or 4 mill but won't do a thing with the undersubscription, and wait for sales to come in.

pharma looks like it will have sales on launch, but will be ready by mid 2024 (I thought this would have been early Q2 2024). If they manage to sell anything in the meantime, that would help with $ needs.

if I was you Composer, i would rather keep those 2 cents and buy a share in 2 weeks.
