Sorry to hear, this is a terrible raise for existing shareholders.
It wipes them all out, 900million shares at 5 plus free option makes this impossible to move this stock off 0.004, could easily see this at 0.002.

And what is worst of all is the directors basically own no shares at all, no skin in the game

Sure it's in survival mode but this destruction of existing shareholders is unbelievable.

But again it's either this huge dilution that wipes existing shareholders out or the company goes into liquidation.

Either way it's a loss loss in my opinions.
