Another bummer, some pointed to company having good management. Good management should not be giving such huge discounts at the detriment to holders and at such depressed market levels. Raising in this manner just destroys share prices. Plus, so much for having around $20 mill cash - now we know why they raise. Guess not many know how to live within one's own means. Sold out also - so much for an investment - only good for offsetting any gains - but I'd rather pay tax on gains (what gains?).

This sort of this of raising at such low levels and at 15% or more discounts is getting very common with so many smaller companies. Perhaps a way in the direction of 'you will own nothing'. AIMHO
