The Board most likely has the option to postpone the impending SPP if they choose to..
The following would suffice: In light of the recent volatile market conditions the Board has decided to postpone the SPP and review it's further funding options.
Can't see it happening though, would almost be an admission of incompetence imv as that should have been a major consideration prior to announcing a CR at a 17% discount to the SP this time of year.
