The answer is simple ,the greatest investment dummies like I, get rich simply by sitting and doing nothing.
I have been investing in Sydney property for nearly 30 years and can truly say it's been a great success story ,simply because I held for long periods and used the system to my advantage. Why sell and pay taxes, when the government tax due, can be borrowed against to create more wealth.
I'M doing much the same with my precious metals miner investment. The quickening is at hand ,we at 2009 , remember what happened by 2011.
