re: Ann: $4.65m Subscription Agreement $11.9m... Could be worse! Looks like the company will manage to stay afloat. Us mugs who took up the .003 cap raising might even get our money back after a while! Those who bought on spec at .001 will do well.

Now we need an announcement re some contracts. Hopefully not before too long - the new investors would I expect have been informed about developments in the next year or so and likely would not have bailed the company out if there wasn't a reasonable prospect of excellent future returns according to the investment risk that exists with this company. The new major investors will a very large stake, but as pointed out in the announcement, the dilution is not nearly as bad as it might have been.
