yes, one can only give this announcement a Thumbs UP - a much better out come than I ever expected for this major restructuring issue - with the explosion in the number of common shares (though much less than I ever expected), the company will need to begin thoughts on consolidation after this complex deal is tidied away - but of course that can wait...

once this deal is done Lee deserves to breath a great sigh of relief, as both the elephant in the room and the monkey on his back will both of gone...
