BHP aren't interested in Ngami that's not what BHP explor is about. It's about generating new ideas and projects of high interest of which Ngami is not. So the company still has to raise to progress Ngami if they want too and so they should because If the insitu recovery is a success it will be a great project in and of itself or very salable.
