This is only wild speculation but imagine if the combined share holding of Aust Silica and a large holder joined forces to work with the likes of Mitsubishi on a take over. No big company wants to pay top dollar, but large holdings are handy when the time is right. In my humble opinion the danger period is directly after ml grant and before cementing mou’s into binding off takes, so who took the placement or majority?
