VRX has $750,000 in the bank a few days ago. The majority of last quarters expenditures was spent on the one off cost of exploration . With the mining permits due this year ( 8 weeks remaining) but expected any time now , why would you hold a CR now when the mining permits should propel the SP much higher , therefore offering much more money with much less dilution ?
Recent experience has reinforced my suspicions of a CR staged prior to impending developments.
