To start with, never stated that i was smart or smarter than anybody else on here....not sure where in my post you get this impression


+ Broker ...... Not providing the broker name but headquarters based in Asia

+ As far as i am aware Axiom were after a $4Mil raise at the time i was approached

+ Convertible note was never mention nor offered to me but i am assuming it has gone to one individual

+ The presentation was conducted by the broker in-house .....no Axiom management present,only a few potential investors

+ No intention to offload quickly....have been buying on screen prior to the funding announcement as well as today!
