The reality is that most radiologists don't want to do boring work like reading X-rays for fractures or measuring tiny nodules in lungs - although important it is tedious and machine like - so if a machine can actually do those then radiologists will welcome that machine. The clever stuff still needs radiologists. Pattern recognition and clever algorithms cannot yet replace human learning of 20 years+.
