It’s interesting that KFM have identified a new type of mineralization- massive monazite being present. The massive monazite outcropping appears to be associated with the highest 40% TREO sample. Mt Weld essentially has a monazite core which accounts for much of their enriched TREO.
Monazite can produce some phenomenally high TREO.
Appia Rare Earths made headlines late last year finding a hard rock outcrop of monazite which was exposed at the surface and when drilled had an intercept of 9.38m of 17.5 % TREO.
I expect that KFM have a new place to drill.
