Point 1 - If you read company announcements it's pretty clear to see that it was Top 20 movers who got them the votes they needed. There was no cruelty or lies, many people didn't feel 12-1 was fair, and they felt 14-1 was fair. That is investing in listed companies. We are all here to make a buck.
Point 2 - How is it so hard for you to see that if someone had 1m AVL shares at 12-1, that at 14-1 they ended up with 1.16m shares, with those extra 160,000 shares currently being worth $2400 at 1.5c. It is 16% extra to the total holding of shares, whether the share price is at 1.5c like it is today, or 10c a share. It isn't a hard concept to understand.
I'm not meaning to be belligerent, or gaslight you, but you have been posting along those lines for 12 months now, it is wrong, and it needs to be called out. You should consult a financial advisor to discuss it further.
None of this has any relevance to this thread or AVL to this day, so I suggest you do your homework, and stop posting about the merger, and you will feel like you are being attacked a bit less.
