I think that the previous Bankable Feasibility Study, prepared by Wood for ‘pre merger’ AVL, had the project at a 20 year mine life but this involved processing waste from around year 17 or 18 to get to that life time.
(- Twenty year mine life is the number that - according to a bank report on the vanadium company, Bushveld Minerals over in Africa- reputable financiers need to have before they will trust their money

Currently 20 years seems to still be the figure tossed around by AVL although back in the early days of the merger the company was expecting at least 25 years https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/72343111/single.
….. I figure there’s a lot hanging on this figure alone!


And thanks for bringing that note in “The aim of the OFS is to improve on previous economic and technical metrics."
That isn’t the sort of stuff that’s impacted by current spot price of vanadium so hopefully the publication of the OFS is something that can still happen this year!
