I think they have been burned by timelines a few too many times to ever considering using them again.
But tongue in cheek aside, we're at the stage where no real progress can be made towards ticking more boxes until approvals are done, and those authorities barely (if at all) have any idea how long it takes them to do anything.
So at this stage I would be ignoring any sort of timeframe AVL try to put on things.
Maybe the OFS could have a target date for completion, but it's possible even the outcomes in that could be effected by enviro approvals, so that study may have an open ended finish date too.
With all the above in limbo I am happy for them to keep trying to push the grid vrfb's, to benefit our business down the line.
