My perception is with the offensive remarks is that due to the former TMT top 20 topping up in AVL + sabine is worried that in the future that all those holders might reject another low ball takeover offer from say a larger entity. All speculation from me.
I don’t know for sure but the latest top 20 would put the TMT portion closer to 50% now certainly greater than 42%? if someone can confirm?
There is no other explanation why sabine would want to “equalise control” away from the early investing freeloaders as sabine puts it.
Question is based on sabines bitter reactions who does sabine represent? Certainly not shareholders who stood up for themselves.
