No disrespect to her at all, but she has joined Tivan in a technical advisory role in the battery side of the business, not mining.Tivan grades at their mine site are around 0.3% V2O5, compared to AVL at 1.1%.
Simply put, as a miner, AVL are going to smash them out of the park.
If she was to join AVL/VSUN, it would almost be a sales role, considering we already have an electrolyte facility and battery partners, where as at Tivan she has the opportunity to develop and build their VFB business herself. I imagine she is doing this mostly out of interest, not for money, and simply put AVL probably just isn't as interesting to her at this stage of her career and AVL's development.
