I personally like that CE has made an effort to keep the small guys happy, regardless of everyone's various intentions. It's a smart move to throw us a bone, which concretes his repeated statements in interviews that he appreciates the staying power of loyal shareholders.
If SH feel that strongly against it, they can exercise their right to not participate in SPP. Hmmm I wonder how many will choose that option ahaha?!
