I was in discussions with BnD in 2012 early on around the 30c days... For me the land complications were a red flag.. Wanted multiple zones for weed n seed even though old skippy can jump through amongst other things.. Then came a down turn which was very clear... DYOR and it's not hard to see why this is where it is
