Yes, that is why I am here, these guys have just tied my capital up for another 8 to 12 months, pretty annoyed to be honest.
Pretty snakey of management, they only named October as it is easier to push to 2024 from there IMO.
If they mobilised October, they would be lucky to get 6 to 8 weeks of drilling and risk having to leave a rig there through wet season.
