I read it as a 7.5% margin, so probably something like bbsw + 7.5%, which would put it close to 11% currently. That's around what I expected if they pulled off a refinancing, given their balance sheet they wouldn't have had a heap of good options.
This will allow them to pay out their current facility and effectively gives them 3 years breathing space to become financially sustainable.
Changes my sentiment from sell a few days ago to neutral. They mention inorganic growth being on the table with this capital injection. They have a terrible track record with acquisitions, and haven't yet proven they can generate profits (npat) or positive cashflow with their existing businesses (overall). A significant acquisition is likely to place their balance sheet back into a stressful position, so I would be wary of this initiative.
Currently neutral but think their may be potential here after this capital injection. Will keep an eye on it.
