The SPP closes on 6 April. Will it be fully subscribed at $.08? If you read the fine print on the SOL debt package it is locked in but still in negotiations on final terms over the next 4 weeks as well. The $24.9m placement is announced as successful completion so the Directors have signed off on this placement. Fair to state RFG SP is going to be under pressure. A lot will depend on insto support at $.08. There are close to 2.5b shares on issue at the completion of the debt restructure. In a challenging retail environment will be interesting to see where the SP is in coming months. DYOR
