those capital also has debt attached to them so it not all cash release they will be retiring some debt as part of the strategy
how and what market price these things are always hard to predict but a simple reasonable calculation would tell you that sum of all parts is
greater than the market cap.
So eventually as they release the sum of all parts over time you should see shares ticking up to reflect it.
probably easiest 20-30% return you get in the next 24 months but with little risk and there could me more upside depending how they reinvest this capital back into higher margin market like Australia
