Hello Bill
http://www.stellarresources.com.au/index.php/presentations#9-Slide5
The project is located in a significant mining district with 4 operating mines within 30 km of the town. Renison Bell, Australia’s largest tin producer is within 18 km of Heemskirk and represents a model for Heemskirk exploration and development. There is excellent access to water and power, with rail and sealed road connections to the port of Burnie 155 km north.
So lots of infrastructure in place so less problems with the greens.
There is the possibility of a bit of silver but Heemskirk is primarily a tin play.

"The intersection of ore-grade tin mineralisation at 396 metres in ZQ117 also confirms the untested potential of the Queen Hill deposit at depth. ZQ117 intersected high-grade silver and base metals updip from Severn and within 100 metres of the surface."
Historical mining in the Zeehan district was directed at these vein deposits which are high grade but often discontinuous and narrow.
Blight added, "Where they are within close proximity of ore grade tin mineralisation, as appears to be the case at Severn, they could be viable secondary mining targets.”
Renison tin play as well.

Renison remains the only major tin project in production in Australia and one of the few publicly held tin projects in the world.
Tin supply is predicted to shrink long term look at slide 8

Tin price has dropped a bit recently on worries over Chinese property market.

But it is one of the strongest performing metals a situation that will continue bar the odd blip due to not enough supply now or expected to come online.
Good posts guy especially Scarecrow.
