You have got a point Bill Stellar have been slow in making alliances. You would have thought they would have lined up someone as an off take partner at least by now.
They do have a bit of a partner in RCF.
http://www.resourcecapitalfunds.com/home.asp who should be ready to help Stellar get Heemskirk of the ground but we have not heard much from them or their role since they became a major Stellar shareholder.
