"some" seems to the favourite word at the moment in CKK's announcements - sugar-coating the bad news perhaps?

1. "some elements of which are contested", in the latest announcement

with termination on the 23rd of last month, 30 days are up. Wonder what, if anything, they will get paid.


2. "Some of the items that were relied upon for the termination of the IP Licence Agreement were nothing more than minor items" in the IP termination announcement

yes, but what were the major items, and why did they make modificiations that they knew would be in breach of the IP agreement..

have lost faith in these guys to deliver anything of substance.
