Mate, welcome to Australia. We're a risk averse nation - this is part of the reason Dr Fouras packed up and moved to the USA when 4D was still a startup.
In my view the delays are not with 4D, they're with each customer and their internal bureaucracy and red tape.
The good thing about iMed is that after going through this clinical pilot process once, 4DX tech can be implemented/rolled out to over 200 sites, whereas a hospital will go through the same clinical pilot process and end up with only a handful of implementations.
