Worth remembering the the grant application process and formulation of the hardware idea harks back to 2017 (maybe earlier).
By no means are they scrambling around in a fit of panic trying to come up with a bandaid because they havent' sold to a hospital 1 year post IPO./.. this extra funding was a boon for them but never completely relied upon a as strategy. /
