If you were holding as of last night then even if you sold out today, you will have a chance to by $30,000 worth of shares (or more if scaled up) with 1:1 options valid for a year (to get you past FDA approvals hopefully) , and 1:1 piggy options that last 2 years when you exercise the first 30,000 options.
This means they are trying to take care of holders while injecting needed funds.
