This is fantastic news, and AF was not wrong when he said last month that he looks forward to providing positive news in the weeks and months ahead. Also timely we were discussing the VA in the other thread just yesterday.

It's unexpected news as, yet again, the company has kept under wraps things they are working on behind the scene before dropping the positive news. We knew about their "top down" approach to VA commercialisation, which means discussing and negotiating with government, top management of the VA etc.

We did not know they were also tackling it from a "bottom up" approach meaning more grass roots efforts so-to-speak, securing contracts with individual VA clinics/hospital themselves. It is validation nonetheless and this approach could be replicated with other hospitals in the VA network, whilst they continue to pursue a VA-wide top down contract which is where the money is.

Could this be the result of the efforts of David Shulkin coming on board, or the selling point becoming easier / better following the DS appointment?
