So when the US wakes up and hears of the news, the SP will likely again be strongly supported past $1 again (similar to the SP moves in the afternoon on recent positive news).
When other VA clinics hear of the news (in the media or from the company), they will likely be enticed to hear more and/or sign up too (why would they want to miss out!)
