1. Does it work? Trials will provide more evidence and DOD appears to support utility.
2. Does it work better? 4DX has always undersold that at least one CT scan is needed to accompany each of its products. Non-invasive no contrast scans for the same or better result has to be safer and more efficient.
What I question is the company’s focus. It all seems to be about CTVQ. If so why continue with XVLVAS and CTLVAS? The cost of selling these products exceeds the minuscule revenue. I get it makes sense to have Philips doing this but a company that included the CFO and others in staffing cuts could look to eliminating commercialisation costs by offloading more staff who can’t deliver revenue. Even a 2-3 month cash runway extension can make a difference.
